The Los Angeles Police Protective League presents a Holiday Party Fundraiser at Los Angeles Union Station to benefit the Eagle & Badge Foundation.

APPETIZER STATION:
Baby Caprese Skewers with cherry tomatoes, roasted red bell peppers, mozzarella balls, green olives, olive oil and balsamic
Domestic Cheese Board displayed on colored cut marble slabs with fresh fruit garnish, gourmet crackers and sliced baguettes
Wild Mushroom Puff Pastry three mushroom tartlets with white wine, garlic and parsley
Thai Chicken Satay Skewers with a spicy peanut dipping sauce
Oven Roasted Chicken Quesadilla Rolls with smoked chicken breast, cilantro and cheddar, mozzarella cheeses with avocado & tomatillo dipping sauce.

INDIVIDUAL SLIDER STATION:
Kobe Beef Bleu Cheese Slider with cipollini onions in a balsamic reduction
BBQ Pulled Pork Island Style Slider served on sweet potato rolls
Honey BBQ Chicken Slider with bacon, tangy cheddar and herbed sour cream on a mini bun
Balsamic Roasted Vegetable and Gouda served on sweet potato rolls (vegetarian).

THE MAC AND CHEESE STATION:
Corkscrew pasta with a cheese sauce of your choice (white cheddar cheese or roasted ancho cheese sauce). Finish with an array of tempting toppings including crumbled bacon, grilled chicken, green chilies, diced tomatoes, caramelized onion, chorizo sausage, salsa & hot sauce.

DESSERT:
Presentation Platters of Mini Desserts, includes lemon bars, mocha crunch bars, xangos-chocolate marble bites, oreo dream bars, apple cobbler bars, chocolate pecan chunk bars, raspberry almond torte squares, pear almond bars, double chocolate smores bars.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Green Screen Photo Booth and a DJ playing holiday tunes.
