Join the Eagle & Badge Foundation today – special lifetime member rates available in time for third annual gala

In conjunction with our upcoming third annual gala, the Eagle & Badge Foundation Board of Directors has just announced a one-time opportunity to become a Life Member of the Eagle & Badge Foundation at a very special rate. Lifetime memberships are usually $2,500 each, but we are offering a special rate of only $1,500 if you join prior to the September 26th gala – plus you will receive one complimentary $300 ticket to attend the event for you or a guest. A Life Member spouse can join at a special rate of $1,000 at this time also. As a Life Member, you will also be invited to our Board of Governors after-party immediately following the gala.

Your membership will help the Foundation continue to provide support and assistance to LAPD officers, their families, and those in the communities they serve, as well as supporting our stated goals of funding medical research and providing scholarships.

Please complete the Eagle &Badge membership form (click here to download) and return by mail or fax to (818) 994-6181 by September 21st to ensure processing and dinner seating. Simply change the Life Member normally listed at $2,500 to $1,500 and/or Spouse Member normally listed at $1,500 ito $1,000. Each of these memberships receives a complimentary $300 gala dinner ticket.
