PLEASE NOTE: By becoming a Life Member for a one time fee of $2500 prior to August 30th, you will receive TWO complimentary tickets to attend the 8/30/11 Gala. A Spouse may join at the same time for a reduced rate of $1,000.

Membership application may be downloaded from this website and mailed to the Eagle & Badge office with payment, or if paying by credit card, it may be faxed to 818-994-6181.
